Transactions are processed by Pay Pal, the safer, faster way to buy online. We never receive or hold your bank details or financial information, so you can rest assure you are buying securely and safely.

Purchasing our t-shirts could not be easier. Browse through our collection and click 'Add To Cart'. You will be taken to an external Pay Pal shopping cart. You can continue and buy more than one item. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking 'View Cart' in the top left navigation menu underneath the Jibba logo.

You do not need a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. You can pay direct from your Debit / Credit Card.

We will process your order within one day of transaction and receipt of payment. Payment is certified and confirmed via Pay Pal.

Orders from within the UK and Ireland are charged at £2.50 per t-shirt. The delivery time, as specified by Royal Mail, is within 3 working days from dispatch.

International orders, including Europe and North America, are charged at €4.80 / $6.50 per t-shirt. The delivery time, as specified by Royal Mail, is within 7-10 working days from dispatch.

You can return your goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Once you decide to return your t-shirt (s) you m ust not use them and take reasonable care with them. Please return them in a secure parcel to the address stated below:

We have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

The term "Jibba Clothing" "Jibba" "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Studio 12 Cornwallis Court, 9 Cornwallis Street, Liverpool, L1 5EL. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

1. Once you have filled in your payment details and confirmed your order, your payment will be processed by Pay Pal (www.paypal.co.uk) on their secure servers. Using this system we have no access to your debit / credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the transaction has been approved or cancelled. Please see the Pay Pal website for any questions regarding credit card payments and security.

2. The only information we collect and use will be to process your order, confirm payment and to successfully deliver and ship items.

3. We will not, under any circumstance share any information you provide to Jibba Clothing and Pay Pal.

4. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order together with your payment and Pay Pal sends you confirmation by email to the email address you have given. Once Pay Pal does so, there is a binding legal contract between you and us ("the Contract").

5. You do have the right to cancel the contract after the t-shirts have purchased, you must return them within 14 days in condition as received.

6. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you via phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

7. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are exclusive of delivery.

8. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

9. All sizes and measurements are approximate, they should only be used as a guide, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

10. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

11. Goods are subject to availability. As there could be a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you via e-mail as soon as possible.

12. Jibba shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

13. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
